⦁    the Director of Profile Woodwork for the purpose of creating a quote or invoice
We use the information that you have given us in order to send, via email or messaging service, a quote for our services and to issue an invoice, via email, for services provided. 
We may share this information with the Directors of Dave and Morgan Properties Ltd or the Director of Profile Woodwork.

Your information is securely stored. 
We keep personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) for 5 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting your information from our accountancy software.
